The Genix Customer Support & Service Centre is based in Melbourne, Australia. Second and third level support services are available for the life of customer agreements.

The team prides itself on being customer focussed with help desk and managerial personnel trained in each customer’s unique solution with Service Level Agreements developed to benchmark performance and customer satisfaction.

Any reported query or issue is recorded in our online issue tracking system and customers can elect to monitor responses and status directly or through monthly reporting.

The CSC is well placed to be the central communications hub for issue management, third party logistics, co-ordination of priority responses and performance reporting.
