Genix Ventures announced today that it will work closely with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) to develop the Examination Item Bank for the PROTRACK Lifecycle Management platform.
The PROTRACK platform leverages the underlying capabilities of the Genix Business Process Management (BPMS) platform to deliver functionality that supports membership management, online networking, workplace based training and assessment, examination management and ongoing professional development in membership-based organisations.
Genix will work closely with the two Colleges to develop a state-of-the-art Item Bank that will be fully integrated with its market leading examination delivery platform. The Item Bank will incorporate features that will make computerized adaptive testing a reality for client organisations with a sufficiently large pool of questions, and Genix intends to incorporate advanced optimsation algorithms developed by its Opturion joint venture to facilitate adaptive testing and further its market edge.
“The Item Bank is being designed in a manner that addresses the gaps in the capabilities of the solutions that are currently on the market and will, once integrated with the examination delivery platform, make the PROTRACK examination management module the most advanced of its kind in the world”, said Steven Godinho, Managing Director of Genix.
