Genix Ventures announced today that it has won the bid to develop the Case and Court Management System (CCMS) for the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority.
Based on the Genix process automation platform and leveraging existing functionality in Casegenix, the Genix case management solution, the CCMS will automate and integrate information flows across the lifecycle of incident and breach management, investigations, enforcement actions, court activities and sanctions.
The CCMS will provide the NSW RTA with an ability to manage information flows, improve cycle times, reduce error rates and improve the visibility of court outcomes in its efforts to positively influence driver behaviour in NSW.
The project is expected to commence in late July 2009 and will run for 15 months
