The Case-2-Court Management System (CCMS) developed by Genix for NSW Roads and Maritime Services has been operational since mid-May 2012. The platform manages the processing lifecycle for a range of road rule infringements and will be used by personnel across 22 business areas within NSW RMS. The solution is expected to process over 1 million infringements every year and is expected to provide RMS with significant business benefits.
The CCMS platform has been developed on the foundations of the Casegenix platform developed by Genix that already underpins investigation case management solutions in banks and financial services organisations in Australia and the USA. Casegenix provides client organisations with a fully integrated solution that delivers workflow management, content management, document assembly, form creation, reporting, search, business rules management, alerts and notification management, audit, security, user management and print management.
